21st CENTURY LESSON PLAN
Technology…it's everywhere these days! Even in the most unlikely places. Technology has often been used in athletics but mostly by coaches. The objective of this lesson is to have students familiarize themselves with an assessment app that they can easily use to analyze a specific skill they are working on.
